My private practice is 100% criminal law with a major emphasis representing clients with DUI/DWI charges.

I have been in private practice serving Riverside and San Bernardino County since 2002.  In addition to my private practice I worked with the Conflict Panel in San Bernardino in 2007, 2008 and 2010.  I have represented hundreds of Defendants.   My experience has helped bring many of the cases to very successful conclusions, including outright dismissals prior to lengthy and costly trials.

My efforts along with those of my clients have resulted in dismissals with BAC in excess of .20% prior to trial, settling for non-dui related pleas, successful DMV hearings enabling clients to keep their driving privileges and reductions in charges filed including reductions for DUI with injuries.

I have cases that include armed Robbery and serious gang enhancement charges that were discharged at the Preliminary Hearings and the cases years later have not been re-filed.

My representation has extended from Indio to the east, Barstow to the north, Murrieta to the south, Pomona to the west and all of the other court locations within Riverside and San Bernardino County.

I have kept current by attending Criminal Law Educational Seminars including very specific DUI education through seminars and prior membership in the California DUI Assocation, California Public Defender's Association along with other Criminal Law Associations. 

I became an Attorney to Defend clients that find themselves in the fight of their lives.  I have always been on the Defense side of the equation, never on the prosecutions side.  Believe me when I tell you innocent people are charged with Penal Code Violations (Crimes) every day.
